General Returns Policy

You can return items within 30 days of the ship date. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in a non-used condition.

All items must be in original packaging. Any accessories in the original shipment must be included.

Please include a written description of the issue surrounding the return of the product, including your phone number/email address.

Refund & Replacement Information

Your refund or replacement will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return.

We will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) of delivery.

We will notify you via email with the details of your refund or replacement order as soon as it has been fully processed.

The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with the purchaser at all times during the shipment of such product to Elite Iron and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, Elite Iron.

Elite Iron Guarantee / Defective Products

Elite Iron provides a one-year limited warranty for workmanship and quality of our products. (NOTE: The warranty applies to those who properly use the wrap as it was intended - for precision rifle use. It is not intended for heavy semi-auto or for full automatic use.)

Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to you. Defective products may only be returned within 30 days from the ship date.

Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent. Replacement products due to return will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt. Please include a description of the defect or problem with the product, including your phone number/email address.
